Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Issues
For Internet Banking, please make sure that you transfer using your name/nick. For ATM transfer please state clearly the reference number, date and time. No order will be taken if we cannot track your transaction.
* Will only accept DBS/POSB transfer.
* No interbank transfers
* For other transfer types, please email us for directions.
* Please pay ASAP after submission of order form.
* Delays for more than 24 hrs will render the submitted form void.

2. Ordering Issues
* No payment = No order
* For any change to your order, please submit a new order form indicating the changes made.
* For out of stock orders(OOS), please do not order.
* An acknowledgement email will be sent upon verification of submitted form with payment made.
* No changing of orders upon receiving acknowledgement email from Diadream.
* Goods will be send out ASAP thereafter the confirmation email.
* Please follow the format stated on the order form.

3. Distribution of items:
By mail. DiaDream will not be held responsible for any lost mail.
Clients ordering more than S$100 may opt for meet-up at no handling charge to Diadream's convenience. All distributions are restricted to within Singapore only.

Modes of obtaining goods:
At moment, postages are FREE OF CHARGE except if you opt for registered mail. You will need to top up S$2.24 for the registered mail.
